Embodied mental health and wellness services
Support for the real you
Tried talk therapy before but find yourself still dealing with the same challenges? Embodied approaches work on a deep, often nonverbal, level to help you re-pattern responses to stress and trauma. Let us help you take the next step on your journey to health and wellness!
Through deep listening and partnership, we’ll develop trust, curiosity and compassion to help you meet your goals without pathologizing the core of who you are.
Whether you’re looking for help reducing stress and anxiety, managing depression, supporting neurodivergence or gender identity, or healing from trauma we will walk alongside you without judgement.
“...our bodies don’t care about logic, truth, or cognitive experience. They care about safety and survival.”
