Services Offered

All services are trauma responsive, gender affirming, ability nonspecific and celebrate neurodiversity. All bodies and identities are welcome!

  • Wellness & self-care workshops for any age and organization are designed to nurture confidence, creativity, and fluid leadership in exploration of dynamic embodied living and community healing.

  • Group classes use movement to explore your inner and outer worlds, offering imaginative & accessible movement experiences for all ages. No prior experience needed!

  • Let’s work together to enhance your existing skills to live more authentically while achieving your goals. Coaching typically lasts 2-4 months as opposed to therapy which dives deeper and usually takes longer.

  • Individual & group counseling using somatics and movement can provide relief from stress, anxiety, depression, dissociation and body-based concerns. Let’s walk together and find your path forward.
