Service Rates
Mental Health Assessment/Intake session: $261
Individual therapy session (53-60 min): $225
Group therapy session: $50/session
50%-of-session-cost fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Before we meet I will provide you with a good faith estimate of your costs so there are no surprise bills. If I am unable to meet your budget needs, I will provide recommendations to help connect you to reputable services.
Insurance Information
I am in network with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield (including federal and independent plans). Otherwise I accept payment for therapy services via cash, CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, HSA/FSA or Credit Card. Payment is due at the time of service.
I can provide a detailed receipt of services and payments, called a superbill, you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network (OON) benefits. Clients are reimbursed a portion of their payment, usually phrased as a co-insurance percentage, depending on coverage. Many insurance carriers such as Aetna have reasonable OON coverage and the process is usually straight forward. Please call your insurance company or check your online portal or mobile app to verify your benefits. Here are a few How-To videos:
