What is group therapy?
Group therapy is an evidence-based psychotherapy modality in which one or more therapists offer education, skills learning, and/or processing to multiple therapy clients at the same time. Group therapy can help reduce isolation, provide effective learning environments and opportunities to practice repairing trust in relationships. We can apply most therapy techniques including expressive arts and somatics with the added benefits of witnessing and feeling seen. It can also be more cost effective for clients who are under-insured or non-insured. I offer a range of both online and in person groups. Check below for upcoming offerings!
